Allie is a welsh designer who began developing her art practice in 2021. The post-lockdown blues drew her into making jewellery and she is largely self-taught.
Allie fell in love with the unpredictability and rawness of sandcasting and how each cast produces something slightly different. From here, her style and process developed naturally alongside her skill set.
Now Allie makes sculptural freeform jewellery to wear every day, working predominantly with recycled silver and lab-grown stones. Her pieces are influenced by bodies of water, particularly their unpredictability, how they move, and how they catch the light.
